Job Description

  1. Guest Interaction:

    • Take Orders: Accurately record food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.

    • Monitor Needs: Check on guests regularly to replenish drinks, clear plates, and respond to any additional requests.
    • Handle Complaints: Address any issues or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
  3. Table Maintenance:
    • Prepare Tables: Set up tables before guests arrive, ensuring cleanliness and proper arrangement of tableware.
    • Clear Tables: Remove used dishes, glasses, and utensils in a timely manner to maintain a tidy dining area.
    • Reset Tables: Prepare tables for the next guests, including setting out fresh tablecloths, napkins, and cutlery.
  4. Collaboration:
    • Communicate with Staff: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
    • Support Team: Assist other waitstaff and team members during busy periods to maintain a smooth flow of service.
  5. Knowledge and Training:
