Restaurant Captain in the Hospitality Sector
Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience Management:
- Ensure that guests receive impeccable service.
- Greet guests, assist with seating arrangements, and address any special requests or dietary needs.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Staff Supervision:
