In the hospitality sector, a Mori, officially known as a Maitre d’ or Maître d’hôtel, is a key figure responsible for managing the dining room and ensuring top-notch service. The role of a Maitre d’ is crucial in creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting Guests: Offering a warm welcome to all guests and ensuring they are comfortably seated.

Overseeing Reservations: Managing reservations and coordinating seating arrangements to optimize the dining room.

Supervising Waitstaff: Leading the waitstaff team, assigning duties, and ensuring that service standards are met.

Enhancing Guest Experience: Addressing guest needs and complaints promptly and efficiently to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Liaising with the Kitchen: Communicating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
