Job Description

An eCommerce Associate is responsible for managing and enhancing the online retail experience for customers. They work with various teams to ensure that the online store operates smoothly, from product listings to customer service and marketing
Product Listing: Adding new products to the online store, including writing descriptions, adding images, and setting prices.
Inventory Management: Keeping track of stock levels and ensuring that products are always available for customers.

  • Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries and complaints via email, chat, or phone to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Order Processing: Managing order fulfillment, including processing payments, packing, and shipping orders.
  • Website Maintenance: Ensuring the website is user-friendly, updating content, and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Marketing Support: Assisting with online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and SEO.
  • Sales Analysis: Monitoring sales data and website analytics to understand customer behavior and improve sales strategies.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Customer Service: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle customer queries.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring product information is accurate and orders are processed correctly.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Understanding sales data and using insights to drive improvements.
