Job Description

As an F&B Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage department. Your leadership will ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and enjoy a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for guiding and motivating the F&B team to deliver high-quality service and maintain the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of F&B staff, including waitstaff, bartenders, and kitchen personnel. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that guests receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service. Address and resolve any customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the F&B department, including scheduling, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Ensure that all areas are well-maintained and meet cleanliness standards.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help the team achieve their full potential.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of food and beverages served, ensuring that they meet the establishment’s standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain consistency and excellence in menu offerings.
  • Sales and Revenue: Implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue, such as upselling techniques and promotional activities. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting for the F&B department. Ensure that resources are used efficiently and that financial targets are met.
  • Guest Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, understanding their preferences and exceeding their expectations. Encourage guest feedback and use it to enhance service quality.
