Job Description

As a Salesman, you will be the face of our company, responsible for building strong relationships with customers and driving sales. Your ability to understand customer needs, present products effectively, and close deals will be essential in achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and addressing any concerns.
  • Sales Generation: Actively seek out and engage potential customers through various channels, including in-store interactions, phone calls, and online communication. Present and demonstrate products to highlight their features and benefits.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products and services offered by the company. Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and techniques. Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring that products are well-stocked and displayed attractively. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to replenish items as needed.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty. Collect feedback and use it to improve the customer experience.
  • Sales Documentation: Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and other relevant documentation. Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely follow-up on customer inquiries and orders.
