Job Description

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Staff Management:
    • Supervise and support restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen personnel.
    • Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and ensure proper staffing levels.
    • Conduct training sessions for new employees and ongoing training for existing staff.
    • Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts.
  2. Customer Service:
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing complaints and resolving issues.
    • Interact with guests to gather feedback and ensure a positive dining experience.
    • Handle special requests and accommodate guests’ needs.
  3. Operations Management:
    • Oversee the setup, cleanliness, and organization of the dining area.
    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
    • Manage cash handling procedures and daily financial reports.
