Job Description

A telecaller, also known as a telemarketer or telesales representative, plays a key role in generating sales and leads over the phone
Telecallers need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be persuasive and resilient, and be able to handle rejection and objections professionally. They should also have good organizational skills to manage their call lists and follow-up schedules effectively.
