Job Description
A Vehicle Washer, also known as a Car Washer or Auto Detailer, is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of vehicles. Here’s a detailed description of their responsibilities and qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Exterior Cleaning: Wash and clean the exterior of vehicles, including bodywork, windows, wheels, and tires, using appropriate cleaning products and equipment.
- Interior Cleaning: Vacuum and clean the interior of vehicles, including seats, carpets, mats, and upholstery. Clean and polish dashboards, door panels, and other interior surfaces.
- Waxing and Polishing: Apply wax and polish to vehicles to protect the paint and enhance the appearance.
- Detailing: Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as removing stains, shampooing carpets and seats, and cleaning hard-to-reach areas.
- Inspection: Inspect vehicles for any damage or areas that require special attention and report findings to the supervisor or manager.
